For the industries that produce raised floors, MB Adhesives has developed a specific range of adhesives that meet all processing requirements for the production of high quality products.

The range is specifically designed for the assembly of panel components (top and bottom of the core and edge), for all types of finishes (wood, ceramic, resilient surfaces and metal) and for the installation of panels (securing feet).

Conductive adhesives are also available on request.

Features

KOUNTACT MB 501 PRO	For bonding feet on any type of surface.	Hygro-hardening and expanding, reactive adhesive, with excellent adhesion and cohesion on various materials.
KOUNTACT 2C 150/25	For strong and flexible bonding of various types of tiles (wood, marble, etc.).	Two-component, reactive adhesive. Ensures strong bonding, resistant to water and to the elements. Does not produce foam.
KOUNTACT TILE 2C	For strong bonding of ceramic tiles on any surface.	Two-component, reactive adhesive. Ensures strong bonding, resistant to water and to the elements. Rigid bond line. Does not produce foam.

PVA vinyl adhesives

EMMEVIL UNF 80	For bonding ceramic or stoneware tiles on chipboard or sulphate substrates.	Fast, water-based, single-component, with almost no sliding.
EMMEVIL KS 215	For bonding linoleum or PVC tiles on chipboard or sulphate substrates. Suitable for bonding the aluminium counterplate.	Water-based, two-component, medium viscosity and fast drying. Short or medium open times, depending on the catalyst used.
