Adhesive efficiency in heat sealing

MB Adhesives has developed for the industry a range of specially formulated waxes for coating paper for individually packaged products, such as soap, chewing gum, biscuits, etc. These products require the sealing of each piece by heat sealing. The quality of MB Adhesives waxes ensures excellent specific adhesion even on PET and painted paper and it is optimised for even high production speeds.

Our range also includes heat-sealing products for banderole processing, with excellent adhesion on PS and plastic materials, short reactivation times and short setting times.

IVYMELT 2621 A	Wax for the surface treatment of paper and aluminium foil paper.	Low viscosity and application temperature. High gloss and slipperiness.
IVYMELT 2628	Wax for the surface treatment of paper and aluminium foil paper, even heavy paper.	Medium viscosity, good adhesion on difficult substrates. Good heat-sealability.
IVYMELT HT 2615	Wax for the surface treatment of paper and aluminium foil paper, even heavy and/or poorly absorbent paper.	High viscosity, excellent adhesion on difficult substrates. Excellent heat-sealability.
IVYMELT 2730 W	Wax for the surface treatment of paper and aluminium foil paper PE/PP/PS/PET. Banderoles.	High adhesion on difficult, poorly absorbent or plastic substrates. It ensures high processing speed and high heat-sealability.
IVYMELT 2954	Surface treatment of paper and aluminium foil paper. Banderole.	Product based on vegetable waxes. Excellent adhesion on difficult paper and heat-sealability optimised for banderole systems.
