MB Adhesives offers bonding solutions for industries processing both folding carton and corrugated board, Masonite-wood-paper, various synthetic materials (polystyrene, PVC, fibreboard, foam, cellulosic textiles), food-quality paper.

EMMEVIL 745	Aqueous-dispersion PolyVinylAcetate (PVAc) for universal use, suitable for all types of processing.	Vinyl adhesive with medium setting speed and medium viscosity, suitable for bonding where the rigidity of the film and the strength of the bond line are required. Formulated to remain on the surface, it ensures excellent performance even on particularly porous substrates.
EMMEVIL 840	Aqueous-dispersion PolyVinylAcetate (PVAc) for universal use, suitable for all types of processing. The HV version is suitable for use in schools.	Vinyl adhesive with long open time, suitable for medium-slow lines, on non-plasticised substrates made of paper and materials derived from paper. Clear bond line, good strength, easy to clean the facilities.
EMMEVIL 850	Aqueous-dispersion PolyVinylAcetate (PVAc) for universal use, suitable for medium-fast processing.	Vinyl adhesive with good open time and medium setting speed. It is suitable for medium-fast lines, on non-plasticised substrates made of paper and materials derived from paper, also memory paper. Clear bond line, good strength, easy to clean the facilities. Reduced product warping.
EMMEVIL 860	High-performance aqueous-dispersion PolyVinylAcetate (PVAc), suitable for fast facilities.	Vinyl adhesive with medium open time and fast setting speed, suitable for fast lines, on non-plasticised substrates made of paper and materials derived from paper, also memory paper. Clear bond line, flexible with good strength. Reduced product warping.
EMMEVIL 930	Adhesive suitable for bonding difficult, painted, coated and plasticised materials.	Copolymer with medium open time and medium setting speed, ideal for medium speed facilities. Clear bond line, strong and flexible even at low temperatures.
EMMEVIL 960	Adhesive specifically designed for bonding difficult, painted, coated and plasticised materials.	Fast copolymer with medium open time and fast setting speed, for medium-high speed facilities. Clear bond line, strong and flexible even at low temperatures. Performs well on plasticised paper. The BV version has been optimised for spray application and does not clog the applicators.
EMMEVIL 975	Adhesive for bonding difficult, painted, digitally printed, coated or plasticised materials on absorbent substrates (paper, cardboard, wood and similar).	Modified copolymer with high specific tack, high viscosity to avoid dripping. The adhesive film is clear, strong, slightly tacky, flexible even at low temperatures.
EMMEVIL 1015	Aqueous dispersion of special resins for bonding absorbent substrates even with plasticised and/or plastic materials. Bonding of plastic materials to each other, after passivation of the film before lamination.	Permanent tack modified terpolymer, formulated for difficult bonding of non-porous, plasticised and plastic materials, on porous substrates. Medium-high viscosity. The adhesive film is clear, flexible, very tacky and performs well even at low temperatures.
