This range of adhesives is designed for the industry that produces displays made of normal paper and cardboard, but also of more difficult, plasticised and painted materials.

The specific Hot melt range for the paper and cardboard display sector offers mechanical performance and strength suitable for the use of the display, ensuring robustness, resistance to high and low temperatures, and the ability to withstand heavy loads. The adhesives are intended for manual applications, assembly, automatic plotter applications and box pre-forming.

Features

IVYMELT 4001	Assembly of difficult, painted, printed and/or coated displays and binders, ideal for manual work. Excellent when working with a plotter.	Hot melt, clear, long open time, invisible bond line, strong and flexible, good resistance to low temperatures.
IVYMELT TE 5605	Assembly of difficult, painted, printed and/or coated displays and binders, ideal for manual work. Excellent when working with a plotter.	Straw-yellow coloured hot melt, long open time, clear bond line, flexible and very strong. Good resistance to low temperatures. High adhesion on difficult, painted, plasticised (treated), printed substrates.
IVYMELT TE 7001	Assembly of difficult, painted, printed and/or coated displays and binders. Suitable for automatic processing.	Hot melt with medium open time and fast setting speed. Good resistance to low temperatures. Particularly strong bond line.
IVYSTICK 110	Manual applications by glue gun. Universal for standard paper-paper applications.	Translucent hot melt (virtually clear bond line), versatile, for general applications.
IVYSTICK 40	Manual applications by glue gun.	Translucent hot melt (virtually clear bond line), specifically designed for bonding difficult, plasticised, painted and coated materials.

Assembly of difficult, painted, printed and/or coated displays and binders, ideal for manual work. Excellent when working with a plotter.

Hot melt formulated with the latest metallocene resins, long open time, strong and flexible bond line, good resistance to low temperatures. Clean and constant application.

IVYMELT X-998

Assembly of difficult, painted, printed and/or coated displays and binders, ideal for manual work.

Hot melt formulated with the latest metallocene resins, long open time and high setting speed, strong and flexible bond line, good resistance to high and low temperatures. Ideal for extreme applications, with particularly difficult materials (PP, PE, PET, PS, ABS, etc.).

IVYMELT TPS 190	Assembly of difficult, painted, printed and/or coated displays and binders, ideal for manual work and/or plotters.	Pressure Sensitive adhesive with high adhesion and cohesion, for bonding plastic and plasticised materials. Long open time, medium setting speed, quickly develops internal cohesion allowing for workpiece handling after just a few minutes.
IVYMELT TPS 144	Assembly of difficult, painted, printed and/or coated displays and binders, ideal for manual work and/or plotters.	Pressure Sensitive adhesive with high adhesion and cohesion, for bonding plastic and plasticised materials. Pressure Sensitive adhesive with high adhesion and cohesion, for bonding plastic and plasticised materials. Medium open time, high setting speed, quickly develops internal cohesion. Developed to withstand high temperatures.
